Bale Kannie (Toor Dhal Curry)
- Ingredients:
1 Kg Toor dhal
1 table spoon Turmeric Powder
Salt If Necessery
4Green Chillies
2 onion
curry leaves
3 teaspoon chilli powder
4 tea spoons tamarind juice
Oil
1 tea spoon asafoetida
1 tea spoon mustard seeds
Garlic
Clean and wash the Toor dhal put it for boiling in cooker Add Turmeric Powder, salt Green Chillies, Onion. When its cooked the Toor dhal Curry leaves and chili. Add the thick juice from Tamarind. Allow the boiling broth to thicken. Now garnish with sufficient oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, smashed garlic and curry leaves. Bring to one final boil and it is ready to be served
