Coffee Research Substation, Chettalli, Kodagu, Karnataka: The station was established in 1946, in Cheralasrimangala village ( Near Chettalli ) of Kodagu district, which is one of the major coffee growing regions of the country. The station has a total area of 131 ha. of which 80 ha. is planted to coffee for conducting research experiments. It has a well equipped laboratory facility to pursue research in all the major disciplines.
